An Anniversary Celebration

Thirty years of marriage! I absolutely can't imagine!  Fortunately for us, our parents' anniversary gave my sister and I the opportunity to get a little dressed up (not to mention a free night of fine dining on the rents).  A warm summer night and a lovely occasion to celebrate leant itself to pull out some fun and playful attire.  

An always-sultry Anna wore her hair in a high, slightly tousled bun.  Her bright red nails add a pop of color!

Anna covered up in a Levi jean jacket with a few broaches to add some edge.

Jess opted to keep her hair soft and clean, pairing her simple dress with a beaded, statement necklace.

Anna wore a striped Anthropologie dress with Jeffrey Campbell boots.  Jessie wore a simple, black sheath dress with Jeffrey Campbell "Woodies."

June Remix 2013

This post is maybe a little late...a few months late...but I loved the style at the SAM Remix so much that I just had to post some pictures.  For my entire article on the fashion at this fabulous Seattle party go  Vanguard Seattle.  Since this was a party celebrating style,  I decided to go with a wild look mixing patterns and my clunky Tory Burch booties for a funky vibe--slick hair and fresh makeup kept the look clean.

Olympic Peninsula

This past weekend my boyfriend and I went camping on the Olympic Peninsula.  Not my most stylish weekend, but hey we were CAMPING! Eek haven't done that in a while...it was fun, I'll admit.  Saw some beautiful places and accessorized with a few fun pieces to keep me from getting too outdoorsy. Hah!
